1) Scope (Website data vs. HIPAA)
This policy explains how Taylored Medical (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects and uses non-medical information when you visit www.tayloredmedical.com (the “Site”).
HIPAA/PHI: Any health information collected after you become a patient through our clinical systems (e.g., patient portal, telehealth platform, EHR) is Protected Health Information (PHI) and is governed by HIPAA and our [Notice of Privacy Practices] (NPP), not this website policy. We do not sell PHI.
2) Information we collect on this Site
Identifiers & contact info you submit (e.g., name, email, phone) via contact or booking interest forms.
Technical data (IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) collected by our hosting platform and basic analytics.
Payment data: if payments are enabled on the Site, processing is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a minor provided personal information, email privacy@tayloredmedical.com to request deletion.
3) How we use website information
To operate and improve the Site (security, debugging, analytics).
To respond to inquiries you submit.
To send administrative emails you request (e.g., appointment info).
If you opt in, to send practice updates or educational content (you may unsubscribe anytime).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use website data for profiling or automated decision-making.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for a small medical practice website. No system is 100% secure; transmission of data over the internet is at your own risk.
9) Your privacy choices (U.S., including California)
Access/Correction/Deletion: Email info@tayloredmedical.com to access, correct, or delete website data we hold about you.
Marketing opt-out: Use the unsubscribe link in emails or email us to opt out.
California (CPRA): We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by CPRA and do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose requiring a “Limit Use” link. You may still request access, correction, or deletion as above. We will not discriminate for exercising rights.
These rights apply to website data, not PHI. PHI rights are described in the NPP.

Our Site may link to third-party sites or tools (e.g., video or payment). Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before using those services.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our Site or law. We’ll post the new effective date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
