FAQ
-
Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not bill insurance at this time. Instead, we offer simple, transparent pricing. Patients may use HSA/FSA cards, and we can provide a receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
-
Can I get prescriptions through a virtual visit?
Yes. When appropriate, prescriptions can be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy. Certain medications may require ongoing monitoring or in-person care, which we will discuss during your visit.
-
How do I book an appointment?
You can schedule a visit directly through our online booking page. Choose the service that best fits your needs, select a time, and you’ll receive confirmation with instructions for your secure video visit.
-
Who will I see for my appointment?
We are a family of licensed clinicians — including a physician, a psychiatrist, and a licensed clinical social worker. Depending on your needs, you’ll be matched with the right clinician for your care.
-
What do I need for a telehealth visit?
All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with internet access. We’ll send you a secure link — no special software or downloads required.
-
What if I need in-person care?
If your needs go beyond what can be safely managed virtually, we’ll help guide you to appropriate in-person care or coordinate with your local providers.
