Longevity Support Plan – Care Instructions

1. Start with the core product: Tru Niagen Pro 500

  • Begin with one capsule daily, taken in the morning.

  • Tru Niagen provides nicotinamide riboside (NR), a precursor to NAD⁺, which supports cellular energy production, DNA repair, and healthy aging at the mitochondrial level.

2. Add CoQnol (Ubiquinol) for mitochondrial and cardiovascular support

  • Take CoQnol 100 mg once daily with a meal, preferably one that contains fat.

  • Ubiquinol supports mitochondrial energy production, cardiovascular health, and antioxidant defense, and becomes increasingly important with age.

3. Add Acetyl L-Carnitine for energy metabolism and cognitive support

  • Take Acetyl L-Carnitine once daily, ideally in the morning or early afternoon.

  • Acetyl L-Carnitine helps transport fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production and supports cognitive clarity, endurance, and metabolic flexibility.

4. Add Alpha-Lipoic Acid for antioxidant and metabolic resilience

  • Take Alpha-Lipoic Acid once daily, with or without food, depending on tolerance.

  • Alpha-lipoic acid is a broad-spectrum antioxidant that supports mitochondrial health, glucose metabolism, and cellular defense against oxidative stress.

5. Stay consistent for 8–12 weeks before reassessing

  • Longevity-focused supplements work gradually at the cellular level. Most people notice improvements in energy, stamina, and mental clarity over several weeks of consistent use.

6. Start low and layer gradually if sensitive

  • If you are new to longevity or mitochondrial supplements:

    • Start with Tru Niagen alone for 5–7 days

    • Add one additional supplement every 3–5 days

    • Reduce or pause if you experience restlessness, GI upset, or sleep disturbance

    • This approach supports tolerance and long-term adherence.

7. What to expect

  • Weeks 1–2

    • Improved daily energy

    • Clearer thinking

    • Better exercise tolerance

  • Weeks 3–6

    • More sustained stamina

    • Improved stress resilience

    • Enhanced recovery

  • Weeks 8–12

    • Greater metabolic efficiency

    • Improved cellular resilience

    • Opportunity to fine-tune doses

8. Optional labs for personalization (advanced)

  • For those optimizing long-term health, consider checking:

    • CMP (liver and kidney function)

    • Fasting glucose or A1c

    • Lipid panel

    • Vitamin D (25-OH)

    • Labs can be ordered through Fullscript if appropriate.

9. Optional: Keep your plan simple

  • You do not need to take every supplement long-term.

  • Many people do well starting with Tru Niagen and CoQnol, adding carnitine or alpha-lipoic acid based on energy needs, metabolic goals, or exercise demands.
