Longevity Support Plan – Care Instructions
1. Start with the core product: Tru Niagen Pro 500
Begin with one capsule daily, taken in the morning.
Tru Niagen provides nicotinamide riboside (NR), a precursor to NAD⁺, which supports cellular energy production, DNA repair, and healthy aging at the mitochondrial level.
2. Add CoQnol (Ubiquinol) for mitochondrial and cardiovascular support
Take CoQnol 100 mg once daily with a meal, preferably one that contains fat.
Ubiquinol supports mitochondrial energy production, cardiovascular health, and antioxidant defense, and becomes increasingly important with age.
3. Add Acetyl L-Carnitine for energy metabolism and cognitive support
Take Acetyl L-Carnitine once daily, ideally in the morning or early afternoon.
Acetyl L-Carnitine helps transport fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production and supports cognitive clarity, endurance, and metabolic flexibility.
4. Add Alpha-Lipoic Acid for antioxidant and metabolic resilience
Take Alpha-Lipoic Acid once daily, with or without food, depending on tolerance.
